A Pavilion for the Morgan Library and Museum

A conceptual project, the pavilion was meant to be placed in the Gilbert Court of the Morgan Library and Museum. The concept behind the project was to create a space that combined elements from both the contemporary and historical areas of the Library where visitors can sit, relax, or explore. The hanging tapestries give the space a softer ethereal feel that distinguishes it from the bright and open lobby and gives visitors an interactive, tactile experience.
